Who is Gemma?
I’ve been a holistic therapist and low-key counsellor for years, and before that, a lifelong designer and maker. I’ve supported people through breakdowns, births, grief, business pivots and those quiet “I can’t do this like this anymore” moments.
Everybody’s Den grew out of that: a place where we stop pretending to be fine and start being real, resourced and rooted.

The E-Den Vision
Everybody’s Den (E-Den) is the bigger vision!
Think community days, circles, shared spaces, art, slow clothing and healing at a community level, not just behind closed doors. You’re not just booking a session- you’re stepping into a growing, living Den.
